Alkali-resistant refractory castable is a kind of alkaline resistant castable prepared with aluminate cement and admixtures, which is made of aluminate material as refractory aggregate and powder.This kind of castable can be divided into two kinds: heavy and light. It has good high temperature performance and alkali corrosion resistance, which can effectively prevent the erosion and penetration of the castable by alkaline airflow and materials in cement kiln at high temperature.Alkali-resistant castable has been widely used in large and medium-sized cement kilns, such as coal injection nozzle, kiln opening, preheater and pipe system because of its high strength and low body density, and its effect is good.
