2- Full Digital on-site smelting control system Lots of utomatic functions are available, such as automatic constant temperature, automatic drying, power distribution display, intelligent smelting management, automatic display and storage of fault information, etc.
It can be fully automatic controlled, which consists of PLC programmable controller, HMI or industrial control computer system, industrial control configuration software and various sensors, etc. It can be configured with foundry equipment and operation, and connected with various equipment, including remote display, temperature measuring instrument, thermal analyzer, spectrometer, demand controller and large screen display, etc. It is safer and more convenient to use!
3- Remote consoleIf the power supply cabinet placed underground, it make it more convenient to control furnace by remote console. All meters and operation control devices are installed on the operation panel.
The system state part of the two diagnostic touch screens is exactly the same as the power of the panel made by the host computer, which provides operators with detailed operation information at any time.
4- Fault deteciton displayFurnace is real time detected by the fault detection display. When faults are detected, such as short circuit of load, over-current, over-voltage, insufficient water pressure, high water temperature, and etc, it will be fed back to the control system which will cut off the power automatically, so it can prevent damage in advance. In addition, if there are any trouble of thyristor, compensation capacitor, voltage transformer and other components, it will automatically stop and light up the corresponding indicator.
