An example of drying fruit with KINKAI drying machine:
Longan is widely grown in South China such as Guangdong, Guangxi and Hainan as well as in Southeast Asia. Longan trees are easy to plant, have a longer lifetime, higher yield and can generate big economic benefits, so farmers are willing to plant them. Longan looks like the eye of Chinese dragon. Simple working principle:
Using the inverse Carnot principle, the gas Freon is compressed by the compressor to become high temperature and high pressure gas (temperature up to 100 C). It enters the heat exchanger (condenser) on the indoor side, and the condensate liquefaction releases high temperature heat to heat the air in the drying room.
