1.Company Introduction
In 1999,Beijing Tongyizhong New Material Technology Corporation (TYZ) was registered in Beijing with a registered capital of 80 million. BJTYZ is affiliated to the State Development and Investment Corporation (SDIC) and is a subsidiary of SDIC International Trading Co., Ltd.
At present, TYZ employs nearly 500 people and has a plant area of more than 65,000 square meters, for research and development, production and office. It is a national high-tech enterprise specializing in the research, development, production and sales of Ultra High Molecular Weight Polyethylene (UHMWPE) fiber and its composite materials, including but not limited to PEUD, aramid UD and other ballistic products like bulletproof vest, bulletproof plates, bulletproof helmets, awarded as Beijing Experts Work Station, Beijing Enterprise Technology Center and Beijing Patent Demonstration Unit etc..
2. Product Range
1). Bulletproof vests
Application field: Military, Army, Police, Special Force, Security institute, Personal Protection etc.
Carrier Options: different styles including but not limited to vest, integrated jackets, Molle system, quick release, concealable, detachable design etc.
Color Options: Black, Navy Blue, Sand, Camouflage, customized
Outer Carrier's Fabric Options: Polyester, Nylon, Codura, customized etc.
Protection Area Options: from small sizes for Children to adults, the area could be customized.
Related ballistic raw materials from yarn to UD fabric are all made by ourselves.

3. Intellectual Properties and Brand
As a leading manufacturer of HMPE fiber, we attach great importance to the investment in intellectual property rights since the establishment of TYZ. We are the first HMPE manufacturers from China to be granted a European patent (EPO) with the patent number of EP1694888. In total, we have applied for a total of 86 patents, among which 69 ones are inventive patents. 60 patents were granted, including 27 Chinese inventive patents, 17 utility model patents, 1 design patent, and 15 PCT international invention patent, and these Numbers are growing.
We have registered both TYZ and DOYENTRONTEX as international Trademarks through WIPO, and also registered Patents in over 30 countries including EU, USA, China, Asia etc.
4.Quality Control
From raw material of UHMWPE fiber to UD fabric in rolls, we have strict quality control system according to ISO 9001:2015, most of our PE UD fabric are tested in**** according to NIJ 0101.06 standard, GOST R 50744-9, GA-141. Sometimes we arrange the related testing according to customized standards listed in different tenders.
There is batch no. on each UD fabric roll, it is easier to track to the yarn batch accordingly.
Test reports are available upon request.
