we can provide free samples,but you need to pay the freight.

Q3.What's your MOQ?
For normal prodcuts,we don't have MOQ.
For customerized products,we will tell you MOQ based on your drawing.

Q4.What's your delivery time?
it's about 7-45 days based on your quantity.

Q5.What's your payment terms?
Amount<5000usd,t />Amount≥5000USD,T/T 30% as deposit,balance before delivery.

Q6.Can i visit your factory?
we always welcome you to visit our factory.
You can can take air plane to SANXIA airport or take high-speed rail to Yichang station,
we will pick you up in advance.

Q7.What kind of products do you provide?
We mainly produce excavator bucket teeth including casting teeth and forging teeth;
drop forged chain for scraper conveyor;forged pipe clamp for concrete pump;new patented
one piece casting bucket&ripper;and we can also make 0.1KG-2TONS parts as your drawing or sample.

Q8.How long should we take a quotation?
After receiving detailed information,we will quote you within 24 hours.

Q9.How about the quality?
We can produce according to customer's requirement,such as chemical composition and mechanical property.
we are supplier for ESTI,SUNWARD,ZOOMLION,these famous brand etc.

Q10.How about the warranty?
we guarantee all our spare parts against breakage.
if any of these parts break under normal working conditions we will provide a new part free of charge.
