4. Check whether the hatching room is tight after it is closed, whether the walls, top, and bottom of the hatching
room are deformed, and fix any problems in time.
5. One week before incubation, the system should be checked to see if the
installation is firm and the wiring of the electrical systems is accurate and reliable.
6. Inspection during test machine. During
the test machine, the temperature, humidity, alarm, fan and other systems and the rotation of the motor should be checked.Everything is normal. The test machine can run for 1 to 2 days before the incubation. For the preparation of the hatching eggs,the selection of hatching eggs should be done first, that is, external observation, egg imaging and autopsy. Secondly, preheating
and disinfecting the breeding eggs before hatching.
1. The eggs are hatched. After the hatching eggs are placed on the plate, they are preheated and disinfected and then incubated. Insert the egg tray into the egg rack in the incubator when entering the hatch. But pay attention to the balance of the egg rack to prevent turning the eggs.
2. Temperature regulation and ventilation. After the temperature has been adjusted and fixed, generally do not move again. When the hatch is just started, part of the heat is lost due
to the opening of the door to put the eggs. At the same time, the breeding eggs and egg trays also absorb heat. The temperature in the incubator drops sharply. This is a normal phenomenon. Will gradually return to normal. Under normal circumstances, when the temperature inside the machine is high or 0.5°C low, the reasons should be checked and adjusted. Therefore, the temperature indicated by the thermometer on the door should be observed at any time. If there is any abnormality, the temperature control
system should be checked in time. Troubleshoot. As the embryo age increases, the exhaust port should be opened appropriately, and all should be opened in the later stage to maintain the oxygen demand for normal embryo development. However, it should not be
turned on too large in the early stage to avoid slow heating and waste of electricity. Generally, the temperature in the incubator is required to be about 38°C during 1-19 days of incubation. When the embryo eggs are moved into the hatcher, the temperature of the hatcher shall not exceed 37.5ºC. When using the incubator, pay attention to the temperature recommended by the incubator manufacturer's instruction manual, and consider the environmental conditions.
The most suitable relative humidity in the incubator is 53% to 57%. During the incubation period, the dry and wet bulb thermometers in the doors and windows of the incubator should be observed regularly. In addition, the water in the basin of the dry and wet bulb thermometer should be changed frequently.
