Product Description
The servo motor is connected with the ball screw in the cylinder block through the transmission mechanism to push the straight line motion of the anti-torsion rod to complete the pressing process. It is built-in strain pressure transducer to collect pressure size in real time, and carries out data recording and press fitting process feedback. The compact design of the cylinder block reduces the mounting height of the cylinder block. The cylinder block has a strong anti-torsion bar, which can be installed directly on the pressure head.

Quality Control
We use Solidworks to design Electronic Servo Cylinders and do force analysis.
Inspection process: incoming inspection, sampling inspection, process inspection and pre-shipment inspection.
Before the production, we will do chemical composition tests. The uninspected materials are stored in special
positions and all inspected materials are able to be traced by size, supplier and date.
During the production, the process cards are placed around to make sure that the workers understand every step clearly.
The products are marked for tracking.
Packing & Delivery
The products are fully protected by metal shelves, wood boxes and plastic fillers.
