Description::
It is a four-pyramid cantilever-type pay-off reel. The expansion and shrink of the mandrel  is controlled by hydraulic system. The mandrel is drived by motor. The snubber roll is rubber-coated and has its motor. It works together with the guide board of the pinch roll to feed the strip during coil-change.
