Product Feature
1.The latest modular structural design structure. It's the latest model structure through modular structural design, which has the best machine rigidity.
2.Heavy-duty rolling linear guide and eight faces hard rail structure. X and Y axes utilize heavy-duty linear rolling guide rail. Square sliding ram on Z axis is made of harden rail structure with eight faces contacting.
3.With planetary reducer and loop grating scale measurement. Three-axis is equipped with precision planetary reducer and full-closed loop grating scale measurement.
4.Independent Lubricating oil recovery system. Lubricating oil recovery system of three-axis is independent.
5.Perpendicular layout and structure. The beam and linear guide rail are perpendicular as well as "line-hard" combination form of sliding hard rail. Perpendicular layout for four corners of the square ram re-cut the linear roller guide rail.
6.Z-axis with oil cylinders balance system. Oil cylinders balance system are arranged symmetrically on both sides of the ram. Z-axis responds fast.
7.Self-made two gear speed changing mechanism. The main drive is equipped with self-made two gear speed changing mechanism, and with large output torque.
8.Automatic indexing and higher indexing accuracy. With automatic exchange of milling head, automatic indexing is 5 degree. Positioning by chainring, indexing accuracy is  ±3 second.
9.Multi-functional performance. It performs high precision cutting for three-dimensional space of plane, curved surface, parallel hole system, orthogonal hole system and accomplishes the processes of milling, boring, drilling (drilling, expanding, reaming), tapping, countersinking and others  to achieve complete pentahedron processing.
10.Wide usage. It's good for various mechanical processing field such as automobile, ship building, printing, packaging, textile, mold and others.
