The filter is composed of tank body, stainless steel filter screen, sewage part, transmission device and electrical control part. When the filter operates, the water to be filtered enters through the water inlet, flows through the filter screen, enters the pipeline required by the user through the outlet for process circulation, and the particles in the water are trapped inside the filter screen. At the same time, the blowdown outlet is opened and discharged from the blowdown outlet. When the filter screen is cleaned, the pressure difference is reduced to the minimum value, the system is returned to the initial filtering state, and the system is in normal operation.

Product working principle

The filtered liquid enters the filter from the inlet, enters the filter through the lower fixing plate, the liquid flows from the inside of the filter to the outside, and flows out of the filter from the outlet of the filter cartridge, and the impurities discharged from the backwash are discharged from the drain outlet
Solid particles are trapped inside the screen as the liquid flows from the inside to the outside. As the contamination increases, the differential pressure between the contaminated side and the clean side of the filter increases. When the differential pressure reaches the set value, the differential pressure gauge sends a message and the filter starts the automatic backwashing process.
Backwash process:
1. The reduction motor drives the flushing arm to rotate through the intermediate shaft to align it with the cleaned filter screen;
2. Open the blowdown valve to make the pressure difference between the outside of the cleaned filter screen (clean side) and the blowdown;
3. Under the action of pressure difference, the liquid flow at the cleaning side flows from the outside to the inside of the cleaned filter screen for backwashing, and the pollutants accumulated in the inside of the filter screen are washed away and discharged from the filter through the drain outlet;
4. The backwash time of each filter screen has been set. When the backwash time is reached, the blowdown valve is closed, the backwash process of the filter screen is completed, the reduction motor drives the backwash arm to rotate again, the next filter screen is backwashed, the blowdown valve is opened again, and so on to backwash each filter screen;
5. After all filters are cleaned, the flushing arm returns to the original position under the control of the photoelectric switch, and a backflushing cycle ends;
6. Since backwashing is the flushing process of a group of filter screens, the filter can still maintain the continuous filtering state of liquid flow during backwashing.
