Bottom Base Automatic Welding Machine for LPG Cylinder Manufacture
The machine is specially designed by our factory for the cylinder bottom base automatic welding. During the work, the workpiece rotates itself and the gas protection welding torch is fixed. The conversion between high and low speed of rotation relies on the VVVF( variable voltage& variable frequency) control. The start and the break of welding torch reaches to execute linkage so as to realize base automatic welding. Because of high speed, beautiful welding form and reliable quality, one person can operate two machines at the same time. It is the ideal equipment for gas steel cylinder production.
