The machine is the automatic special equipment used for angle steel marking, punching, and shearing mainly in the field of angle steel tower industry.
Technical specification of APM1616:
Angle feeding Speed: 40m/min, the effiency is about 1000 holes/hour
The finished angle conveyor is rotated to one side by pneumatic power. The max. Length of finished angle is 8 m.
There are four transverse conveyors which can infeed automatically.
Type of programming: Keyboard input, USB interface input, floppy disc input.
Working environment:
Working temperature: 0~ 40 degree
Power: Three phase four wire system

1.There are three sets of punching units on each side which can install three kinds of drills with different siameters.three set of puching die-station can move altogether controled by CNC to change the punching stadia.
2.single-blade cuuting ensures smooth and saves material.
3.Marking unit adopt close frame with stronger rigitity. Marking stadia can be set at will .
4.CNC feeding trolly is drive by AC servo motor .The photoelectric encorder feeds back information.Closed loop controlto ensure high positioning precision.
5.Hydraulic system mainly is use to compele punching cutting marking press material and replace the character boxes.
6.The control system consists of a host computer ,CNC system,servo motor,PLC and detection switch etc. .Only to input the drawing workpeice, the processing program is automatically generated;
