Working Principle
Fluidizing Drier Machinery: Purified and heated air is introduced from the bottom through suction fan and passed through the screen plate of raw material. In the work chamber of High Efficiency Fluidizing Dryer, the state of fluidization is formed through stirring and negative pressure. The moisture is evaporated and removed rapidly and the raw material is dried quickly
Machine structures
1. Inlet air system
The inlet air system of Fluidization Bed Dryer consists of Primary filter(G4), Post filter (F8), high efficiency filter(H13 -optional)and heater with accurate temperature control. The inlet air flow, speed and pressure is variable and controllable. For the heater , it can be steam radiator ,electrical heater , gas furnace and so on .
2. Main Machine Structure
The main body structure of Fluidizing Bed Dryer consists of bottom bowl, movable product bowl with trolley , fluidized chamber, expansion chamber/filter housing. The bottom bowl, product container and fluidized chamber are inflatable silicon gasket sealed with compress air inspection sensor to assure the reliable sealing.
3. Product filter
The structured bag filter of Fluidizing Bed Drier in one pieces (in case request, stainless steel filter available) is inflatable silicon gasket sealed between the expansion chamber inner surfaces with compress air inspection sensor to assure the reliable sealing.
4. Exhaust sir system
The exhaust dust collection filter is optionally designed for protect environment.
Features
1.Fluid bed to achieve fast heat transmission of medium.
2.Seal negative pressure operation, there is no dust.
3.Because of using anti-static material as filter, it is safe in operation;
4.The equipment has no dead corner so it is easy to clean fully and there is no cross pollution;
5.It is in conformity with the requirements of GMP.
7. Machine materials : AISISUS304 , AISISUS316L, and other material .
8. For the electrical component , we mainly use international brand such as ABB ,Siemens or Schneider.
9. Control system has more choices, such as push button , HMI+PLC and so on.
10. Fan speed is controlled by VFD (Optional), and all process parameters can be recorded.
Application
1. It use to dry the granules from Granulating machine , such as YK Series Swaying Granulator and high speed wet mixing granulator , ZL Extruding Granulator.
2. Suitable for drying humidity block or powder raw material in Pharmaceutical, foodstuff, feed, chemical industries and so on fields.
3.Large granules, small blocks and adhesive material.
4.The materials that volumes might vary during drying process.
