This unique tower packing boasts a toroidal helix design that makes Teller Rosette Rings dramatically more efficient than conventional packing material for mass transfer, heat transfer, and particulate collection. A large quantity of Teller Rosette Rings can increase residence time in the scrubber and improve removal efficiency. A shallow bed of Teller Rosette Rings can also be used to provide effective mist elimination.

Installation
1:According to the tower equipment diagram,and make sure that packing installation heights is correct.
2:When installing, it should always be poured from a certain height away from the packing layer. People should not stand directly on the packing to prevent the packing from deformation and uneven density. Wooden boards can be laid on the packing to disperse the force.
3:Other sundries, packaging bags, etc. is forbidden during the installation
4:Generally filled by random packing
5:After finished, if there is unevenness, use a wooden strip to naturally push it flat
