Note:

Apply the heat conducting silicone grease evenly to the module bottom plate and the contact surface between the radiator and the module, and then apply the module, radiator and fan
(No fan is required for modules below 75A) Install the installation method in the figure above and fix it with screws.
When the module is working normally, the temperature of the radiator contact surface shall not be higher than 75ºC.
