Q: Is the sample available ?

A: Yes, usually we send the sample by TNT, DHL or UPS, it will take around 3-5 days to you, before for sample charge and freight need to afford by yourself, but we will return our customer the sample cost and freight after receiving your order.

Q: What is your MOQ ?

A: Each products MOQ is different.
 

Q: What qualified certification does your company has ?

A: Our products qualified by GS, CE, EPA etc. so we can export our products to worldwide. 
 

Q: What is you terms of delivery?

A:We accept EXW, FOB, CIF, etc. You can choose the one which is the most convenient or cost effective for you.

Q: 1. How long is the delivery time ?

A:a. 2-10days for the sample order.
b. 20-30 days for LCL or FCL order, that might be take a bit long time if you mix a lot of models in an order.
 

Q:What's your warranty term ?

A:Our company offer 1-2% free spare parts to the FCL orders; we give one year warranty time for our export products , if warranty has run out, our customer should pay for the replacement parts. 
 

Q:Can i use my own logo and design on products ?

A:Yes, we can do OEM service.
 

Q:May I visit your company ?

A:We always welcome customers to visit our company. Nearest airport is YiWu, we will pick you up from the airport to our factory. Before your trip please email us for further instructions.
