JKVL-232 series control valve 

JKVL-232 series three-way/divider control valve adopts sleeve guiding and pressure unbalanced valve core. The series of control valves are mainly applied to several flow channel media gathering or separately for control. Two flow channels enter, one flow channel is called three-way merge flow, and the other one flow channel enters, and the two flow channels are called split flow.
The three-way valve can also be used as a cut-off and opening function for the pipeline. The standard combined/divided flow path is designed as an unbalanced two-seat internals structure. At the same time, it can also be designed into special valve cage structure such as noise reduction and anti-cavitation according to working conditions.

Structure and principle
The three-way quick-change valve is mainly composed of a double-acting piston actuator and a three-way shut-off valve.

ZSHW external balance type: The lower sleeve and the valve core are guided by the full stroke, and the pressure in the vertical pipeline is introduced into the upper cavity of the piston through 2 DN20 metal protective explosion-proof hoses, so that the resultant force on the valve core assembly is almost 0, which reduces The output force of the actuator is required, so that it can quickly move to achieve the purpose of switching the flow direction.

ZSHN internal balance type: balance the unbalanced force on the valve core by balancing the piston ring.
