Forged steel cryogenic valves have two bonnet designs. The first is a bolted bonnet. According to this design, the valve body and the bonnet are connected by bolts and nuts, and spiral wound gaskets (made of 316 flexible graphite). Metal ring connection can also be used when customers have special requirements. The second design form is a welded bonnet. According to this design form, the valve body and the bonnet are screwed together, and they are fully welded and sealed. The penetration welding connection can also be used when the customer has special requirements.

Cryogenic valve design structure and characteristics

Low temperature gate valve, globe valve and ball valve conform to API602. Inspection and testing are in accordance with API598, and marking is in accordance with MSS-SP-25.

Self-centering pressure plate pressure sleeve type

Integral upper seal seat

Valve seat with pressure balance hole (used for gate valve, ball valve)

PEE fillers when requested by customers
