This product is a specially designed steel fire-proof door for cleanroom system. It is suitable for MAX-CR cleanroom system and 50mm thick partition wall system. It adopts painted galvanized steel door frame with special fire-proof materials and reinforcement inside. The door leaf is composed of galvanized steel sheet after bending and welding and is filled with rockwool to improve the fireproof performance, which can be suitable for 50mm thick MAX-CW-B double glass fire-proof window, SS adjustable hinges or SS split hinges.  

Features:

• Door frame, door leaf and double glass fire-proof window has identical thickness, the surface is totally flush;
• Door frame and door leaf frame are made of galvanized steel. 
• Special designed structure to ensure the fire resistance;
• There is auto-down bottom seal, which will drop down when the door closes, rise up when it is open. The seal guarantees the tightness and avoids friction with the floor.;
• The hinge is made of stainless steel and is flat with the surface of the door frame and the door leaf. It has no protrusions and is easy to install and adjust.

The steel door frame uses paste-type sealing strips. When door leaf is closed, the gap between door frame and door leaf deforms the sealing strips to achieve the airtight effect.
