 Oil well drilling and well completion, it's longevity and safe operation depends greatly on a good, complete cementing.   Non weld spring centraliser might be the more economical choice. Deviated or fully horizontal casings rely on a proper standoff for a complete cementing which comes from using offer that insurance as they overcome the gravitational and axial forces of a casing.

 Positive Rigid Welded Centralizers are manufactured to closely slide over your casing and have ample clearance between your well bore allowing the it to be inserted more easily and to prevent the string from becoming deferentially stuck. Common sizes are available and in stock, feel free for price or samples.

Solid Centralizers
We also produce Solid Aluminum Centralizer. Poor primary cementing had been a costly incurable oilfield problem caused by inadequate side. This mythical mud channel created pipe movements, mud sweeps, increased pump rates, and thousands of casing hardware gimmicks, even casing cleaning and/or coatings. The channel existed only because the casing was lying against the wellbore. Our Company designed the solid body casing centralizer after discovering the need to improve casing/wellbore standoff. We stock a complete line of solid blade slip-on centralizers, including straight blade, spiral blade, and our newest Low Friction centraliser for maximum horizontal reach. A computerized solid casing centralizer program is available from us to achieve the best primary cementing for casing shoe seats and productive formations.
