1 Main usage and applications

1.1. ZP S series rotary tablet machine is a kind of machine for continuous tabletting with rotary system. This design can be applied to pharmaceutical industry, especially for development of new products in laboratory, and also applied to other industries such as chemical engineering, foodstuff, electronic etc. This machine can press and form corresponding grain-type powder material to tablets.
1.2. This machine is applicable to press compressible granular material with powder content no larger than 10% within maximum pressure allowed on this machine. ( powder mesh size >100 )
1.3. This machine is applied to produce tablets with diameter no larger than 22 mm, and is available in round and abnormal shapes with engraved letters.
1.4. This machine is not applicable for tabletting semisolid grain, damped grain, low flow point & easy damped raw material, as well as non-granular powder.
