Lamination Embossing Unit:(2 sets)
1.    2pcs embossing steel roller ,2pcs rubber roller.
2.    1pcs glue transition roller,1pcs anilox roller,1pcs glue control roller.

3.    1pcs pressing roller for 2ply tissue is sizing
4.    Lamination unit will separate with embossing roller while machine is stopped.
5.    Anilox roller is with a autoroatation unit while machine is stopped,prevent the glue is congealed.
6.    1pcs steel pot for glue.


Unwind Unit:

1.    Transmission are all by gear and simultaneous belt.
2.    Folding roller,cutter roller etc the brand of bearings of main parts are "HAERBIN","NFK".
3.  Mounted bearing is "LK" brand.

Control Unit:
1.    Speed adjusted:with Touch screen and PLC ( SIEMENS brand.), 11KW inverter(SIEMENS brand)
2. Counting system:electric eye.
3. Jogging button and emergency button installed on machine

Vacuum control:
1.    1 set 30KW  LONGTECH  roots vacuum pump (TAIWAN) .

Air-operated control:
1.Air cylinder,air valve are AirTAC.
2.Air pressure:> 4kg/cm2 (provided by buyer)
