The wide inner ring bearing is a customized ball bearing, it include single side wide inner ring type and both sides wide inner ring type. The performance is the same as the ordinary ball bearing. Wide inner ring bearing features:

It can withstand radial loads or / and axial loads in either direction, and has a large load carrying capacity. It has the ability of self-aligning. It can still work normally when the inner ring axis and the outer ring axis are inclined. Generally, it does not affect the bearing capacity when it does not exceed 0.5 degrees, and it can reach 3 degrees.

Can withstand large radial loads and generally cannot withstand significant axial loads. The running resistance is small and the limit speed is high. Higher rotational accuracy and relatively low vibration levels can be achieved. The installation conditions are high. When the inner ring axis and the outer ring axis are inclined more than 2'~4', the bearing capacity will be seriously affected and the service life will be reduced.

The fixed way of wide inner ring bearing:
