PS Foam Sheet Extruder uses a tandem screw technology to produce fine-block cell-structured extruded polystyrene foam sheet with high strength and a pearl and even surface, in a continuous oil, from polystyrene injection an eco-friendly blowing gas and additives. It has a user-friendly operating system with inverter-controlled driving, digital temperature control and so on, from this machine you can get the PS Foam sheet by rolls, the PS Foam Sheet can be used for food container, tray, plate and packing etc.

Dear, don't worry, we did many turn-key project from 2008 until now, we have enough experience for helping you setting up a new factory, and we can provide the raw material (GPPS, HIPS, mast batch and so on), formulations, machines, and your factory design & layout, and we will arrange our engineers go to your factory for installation and training, you have Melite Team, take it easy, we are at your services all the time.

When your engineers are in our factory, everything is going on well, after they leave our factory, our workers cannot operate the machines, what shall we do?
Firstly, we will let our 24 hours on-line services team to help you check which kind of problem you meet, if we cannot solve the problem online, we will arrange our engineer fly to your site to solve your problem ASAP, your problem is our problem, Melite and you are together like a family forever.

What about the payment terms?
30%TT as advanced payment, 70% pay off before shipment 50% L/C at sight
What should we prepare except material?
You should prepare workshop, water line, electric line, compress air. We can supply workshop layout drawing according to your workshop

It is no problem, we can make machine according to your requirement, such as part brand, machine color, labels, moulds, etc.
