Vacuum frying machine has integrated design. Frying, de-oiling, de-watering and oil filter can finish cautiously under vacuum condition. The materials have less oil and water elements.  And under low pressure, this fryer can avoid oxidation harm and make food form loose porous structure.

LW-WX Vacuum Frying Machine is suitable for laboratory and small batch trial production. It can input 8kg of raw materials. Use electric heating. It has the advantages of convenient operation, energy saving and small floor area.
