Introduction

1) Reactor is the main chemical reaction of the typical production equipment, which is widely used in resins, adhesives, paint, cosmetics, pharmaceutical and other chemical production.
 2) To break down or combined the materials through mixing, filling and cooling, to promote the reaction of polymerization.
 3) The reactor consists of body, gears, mixing devices, heating devices, cooling devices, seal composition.
 4) Corresponding auxiliary equipment: distillation column, condenser, water separator,  collecting cans, filters ect.

Production process

Brief description of the process
In view of the principle of confidentiality for customers, the following can only briefly describe the process.
1. The liquid material is added from the liquid feed port on the top of the reactor, and the powder material (or slurry) is also added to the kettle through the manhole under the protection of a dust collector.
2.Stir in the kettle with a paddle mixer.
3. With the rotation of the paddle mixer, the liquid material and the powder material (or slurry) are gradually mixed uniformly.
4. When the materials in the kettle meet the quality requirements, open the bottom valve of the kettle. The finished material is discharged to the finished tank.
5.Fill from the finished product tank to the filling machine.
