Because of the high melting point(3410ºC) of tungsten, tungsten crucible is widely used in the industrial furnaces such as sapphire single crystal growth furnace, quartz glass melting furnace, rare earth smelting furnace and other industrial furnaces of which the working temperature is over 2000ºC. Especially for sapphire single crystal growth furnace, tungsten crucible with features of high purity, high density, no crack, precise size, smoothy internal and external wall is the key note to seed success rate, crystal quality control, off crystal stick pan and service life in sapphire crystal growth process.
During sapphire production, Al2O3 - the compound that is to become the future single crystal - is melted in tungsten crucibles. It is in the Kyropoulos process that our crucibles show their strengths to best effect. They arerepeatedly heated to more than 2 000 °C (3632 °F) and then cooled down again. This process, which would cause fissures and distortions in other materials, is not a problem for our products.

Q: What information should I let you know if i want to get a quotation?
A: The required material dimension (Thickness*Width*Length,diameter*length; if possible, please kindly supply us drawings).
The required more information, such as Surface Condition, Tolerance Request, The Quantity, and other mechanical and technical details.
If it is possible, please also provide the application of products, we will recommend the most suitable products with details for confirmation.
Q: How do you gurantee the quality of the products?
A: Each step of production and finished products will be carried out inspection by QC department before storing in the warehouse. NG goods are not allowed in the completed goods warehouse.
Q: Can you guarantee the prompt delivery?
A: Yes, when we get your inquiries, not only we will evaluate the more competitive price, but also we can get the most reasonable delivery time. So the prompt delivery can be guaranteed.
Q: What is your lead time?
A : It usually needs about 15- 20 days after receiving the PO.

A : We can accept 30% deposit, 70% balance to be against the BL copy or by LC, or other payment terms.(according to your order value)
