All in one fashion, elegant and humanized machine integrates with infrared laser dynamic scanning, mobile payment, personalized signing, automatic sales, which makes the machine easy to operate(DIY). There are three major types of series products:
A. Fully automatic signing machine for commemorative card products, for example, metal tickets and Rohan card, ect.
B. Fully automatic signing equipment for coins represented by commemorative coins
C. Fully automatic signing equipment for pens represented by cylindrical pen products.

1. The machine adopts the most advanced laser engraving, marking and automatic feeding technology, through human-computer interaction, simple operation software interface, therefore the user can easily operate the machine within few seconds.
2. The tourist can engrave, mark beautiful commemorative coins with local attractions and personalized signatures. The marking contents can be letters, charaters, names, graphic images, QR code, ect. The machine has a statistical counting function.

Q1: What type of the machine suitable for us?
Please tell us what material will be marked/engraved and the depth of marking/engraving, we will advise you the suitable model machines. If you can provide material picture, it is better. It is best if you send sample to us, we will mark on it. Sample with marking pictures and videos will be sent to you for checking. Or we can send the sample to you for quality and marking effect checking.
Q2: If we do not know how to use the machine,can you teach us?
Yes, we will. Our user manuals are together with goods shipment. We can also send operation video to you for study.
If you come to our factory in China, our technicians will offer you free training until you can use machine freely.
Our professional engineer can come to your country for trainning, installation, adjusting, ect., but visa fee, air ticket fee, hotel accommodation fee, transportation fee will be borned by your party.
Q3: What's the payment term?
We accept payment by TT,L/C,Paypal,Credit card,West union, etc.30% deposit is to confirm order for machine production,the balance paid before delivery or at sight of copied of B/L.
Q4: How about the trading term?
We can accept Ex Work, FOB, FCA, CNF, CIF, DDU, ect.
Q5: How about the delivery time?
For standard machine, lead time is 10-15 days.
Regarding customized machine, we need to check with technicians.
Q6: How about the warranty time?
Our machine warranty time is 12 months. Please send back the broken parts to us, we will send the new and replaced one to you. We suggest you take one extra set of spare parts together with your order which will be more convinient for your production line continurous running.
