       1. Each Blossom product has a reasonable guarantee period. Take shower door for example,Main Body(Shower Tray, Aluminum Frame& Glass Door) : 3 years,Main Accessories(drainer, handles, wheels, etc):2 years.

        2.  If  any Complaints happen, pls. submit the defect goods photos to us, the replacement will be provided with shipment of your next order.Urgent replacement can be shipped by air.

       3. We care more for our customers,1% FOC frequently used spare parts will be shipped along the container to customers.
