Aluminium sheet packing.
Aluminum sheet export packaging mainly focuses on two points: protection of aluminum sheet and moisture-proof function. We place a 10mm wooden board under the aluminum plate and on the aluminum plate to protect the aluminum plate from damage during loading and unloading. The export packaging adopts three-layer moisture-proof measures, and a desiccant is placed inside to prevent the aluminum plate from being damp and oxidized during the shipping. The aluminum wooden pallets are fixed with steel belts, three horizontally and two vertical.
Pre-shipment Inspection.
Pre-shipment inspection is a link that we attach great importance to. 1. We select qualified containers with dry interior and good airtightness. After the door is closed, there is no light inside. 2. We put 10 kg of desiccant in the container. 3. During the assembly process, the highest point of the aluminum plate is 30 cm away from the box body, and the left and right aluminum plate is 50 cm away from the box body. 4. After packing, fix the aluminum plate with straps, and fix the aluminum plate around with a wooden shelf.
