The design of this machine is the technology that making various ratio reticular skin grafts perfectly by one machine. There is no need change the expansion roller and different ratio skin graft carrier. The width of the treated skin graft can be much larger than traditional skin graft mesher, and the length is unlimited.
1.We suggest autoclave sterilization or low temperature plasma sterilization.
2.The warranty period is one year. After a year, a certain amount of maintenance fees will be paid each year for continuous warranty.

3.The blades are very sharp,avoid contact with hands directly.
4. Please just use our company's carriers, otherwise it will damage the expansion roller.
Safety precautions:
1.Please select appropriate skin graft carrier according to the clinical demand.
2.After using the machine, the expansion roller should be removed in correct way.
3.Dispose the carrier according to disposable medical product regulations.
4.The machine must not be soaked in saline solution.
Cleaning and Maintenance Guidance
1.Preparation before use:
Before clinical use of skin graft mesher, the whole machine and skin graft carriers should be wrapped with gauze, then put into autocalve case, tighten the cover completely. Send them together to the sterilization room for sterilization. Please choose pre-vacuum and gravity displacement steam sterilization or low temperature plasma sterilization, after autoclave sterilization, the set dry cooling time is at least 8 minutes.
2.Cleaning after use:
After the machine is used, wash away the scraps on the roller with a soft brush or gauze;Finally, the roller should be wiped clean with oil gauze or blew to dry with air gun, water stains can not be retained on the roller.
Depend on detailed situation,the whole machine need not be scoured,it just need be wiped by oil gauze.
The whole machine should be stored in dry environment.
( Note:the whole machine should be cleaned and wiped with distilled water(pure water)or alcohol,oil gauze,do not allow operator use normal saline or iron brush wash it!)
3.Storage:
The cleaned whole machine should be stored in dry and ventilated place at room temperature, and it should be placed in autoclave case or machine box.
