Product Introduction
Our brewers' yeast dryer product takes advantage of heat conduction between hot steam and wet materials, realizing the indirect drying process. The core system is consists of the dryer, rack, drive system, scraper device, limiting device, scraping device, feeding device, and gas circuit system, which is also equipped with the electric control device and exhaust hood. The design of heat conduction could largely reduce the heat loss from heat media, raising the heat efficiency and lowering the energy cost. Meanwhile, our product also has the advantage of space-saving, user-friendly operation, corrosion prevention, and non-pollution.

Working Principle
The drum is a hollow metal cylinder whose surface is deeply processed to be clean and polished. The drum rotates to the axial underdrive devices (gear drive) at an adjustable-rate. The slurry is preheated to 50ºC in the preheating tank and then delivered to the feeding chute through the pump. The drum is immersed in about 60-80mm. The external surface of the rotating drum is coated with a layer of uniform slurry and pumped in the hot steam under 0.15-0.3Mpa. The slurry is heated on the external surface, where moisture is taken away by a draught fan. With a single circle, the wet materials can be dried completely. Knot material on the external surface is swept off by scraper and falls on the outlet for collection.
