1. 525: Substrate with good toughneww ans strength. PVD nan0-TIALN coted, black color. It is a universial PVD grade for steel, cast iron and stainless steel.
2. 528:  New nano structure coating process ensures higher toughness but also hardness. This coating grade results in smooth surface finish on the insert, which reduce friction and improved chip flows. Excellent thermal and chemical resistance. This grade is suitable to machine stainless steel and high temperature alloy.
Other application grade are available.
Application:
1. 525: rough and semi-finishing for cutting steel, cast iron, general machining grade.
2. 528: finishing for cutting steel, high temperature alloy, and stainless steel.
