 Application of PVC WPC hollow door board
WPC-plastic foam door panel extrusion line mainly use PVC+ wood powder to extrude wood-plastic panel such as integral door panel, building template, cabinet door, window board, wainscot, etc

Features of  PVC WPC hollow door board production line
1.Our WPC machine has features of low consumption,low noise,stable running..
2.This WPC machine include:extruder,mould,vacuum calibration table,haul-off machine,cutter and stacker. 
3.The extruder of WPC machine adopt special wpc screw and barrel for extrusion.With different mould,WPC machine  can produce wpc products with different shapes.

Flow Process
1.PE/PP+ wood extrusion line craft:
Wood milling(wood powder, rice husk)-- Mixer(plastic+wood)--Granulator--WPC extrusion line+ Auxiliary 
2.PVC+wood extrusion line craft:
Wood milling(wood powder, rice husk)--Mixer(plastic+wood)--Wpc extrusion line+ Auxiliary

We will test machines in our factory before delivery. Customer check machines running in our factory, after
customer is fully satisfied with the quality, then delivery, when machines arrive in customer's factory, we will send
our engineer to test the machine in customer's factory
We supply machines technical support, material formulation; guarantee machines and spare parts supply
 
 

 

 

Q: Are you trading company or manufacturer ?
A: We are factory.

Q: How long is your delivery time?
A: Generally it is 5-10 days if the goods are in stock. or it is 45-60 days if the goods are not in stock, it is according to what kind of machine you need

Q: Do you provide samples ? is it free or extra ?
A: Yes, we could offer the sample for free charge but do not pay the cost of freight.

Q: What is your terms of payment ?
A: 30% T/T in advance ,70% balance before shipment or Negotiable
