Profile:
COB600A Snicker bar producing line is applied to the production of the candy bar of caramel, toffee, nut, nougat and egg-white candy. The working principle of this line is the automatic production of the full combination between the freezing, forming and pressing rollers and the slitting technology.
COB600A producing line is a multi-function line which is consisted of kitchen equipments, forming and sheeting system, nuts sprinkling system, forming and pressing roller, refrigeration system, cooling tunnel, candy bar slitting, cutting and conveying system, and chocolate enrobing machine etc.. It can produce the bar products in the form of single layer, double layer and filling candy bar etc. as leisure candy food.
This line is designed on the principle of confectionary technology. It is advanced at reliable operation, candy bar forming regulation, wide range of product and convenient maintenance. Especially it takes the place of the traditional manual workshop production with full automatic machinery production. This line will be the first ideal option for the candy bar leisure food industry with modern and large quantity production.

30% by T/T as the down payment,
70% by T/T before shipment.

Testing & training:
The plant layout design, assembling and installation, start-up and local team training will be FREE at no cost. But if the machine is exported to other countries, the buyer should be responsible for the round-air tickets, local transportation, board & lodging, and US$30.-/day/person for the pocket money to our technicians. The testing people will be three persons, and will cost 30 days.

WARRANTY:
The seller guarantees the quality of the products for 12 months since the date of installation. During the warranty period, any problems/defaults happen on the hard parts of the machinery, the buyer will replace the parts at the seller's cost (FREE). If the defaults are aroused by the defaulted operations, or the buyer needs the technical assistance for the processing problems, the buyer should be responsible for all the cost and their allowance.

Utilities:
The buyer should prepare sufficient electric power, water, steam and compressed air supplies which are suitable to be connected to our machinery before the arrival of our machinery.

VALIDITY:
This offer is valid 60 days.
