  • Taiwan delta servo control system, mature technology, stable and reliable operation.
  • Single-head, double-layer and rectangular insulating glass of equal size can achieve continuous and automatic glue coating.
  • The electronic mixing ratio system is used to control the mixing ratio, which is convenient to adjust and accurate to make, especially suitable for curtain wall glass gluing. The gluing amount can be automatically adjusted according to the width and depth of gluing, and the aluminum spacer width from 6A to 27A can be effectively gluing.
  • The input and output are transported by full servo motor, with large bearing capacity and high transmission efficiency. V-shaped belt transmission system is adopted for the output of the glass coated with glue, which can be automatically aligned according to the thickness of glass to prevent adhesives.
  • This machine can achieve three layers glass and two cavities gluing at one time, gluing clean and fast.
