Features:

Cooking Instruction:
  1. Poached method: add 150g vegetable oil in a pot and heat until the oil temperature is 60-70ºC, add a bag of seasoning
      and fry for 30 seconds, then add the prepared lobsters and fry them after mixing well, add water to cover the lobsters,
      stew with middle fire until the water remains little, then it can be served.
  2. Dry-braised method: add 300g vegetable oil in a pot and cook with strong fire until it is nearly boiling , add the prepared
      lobster and fry until they become red,   then take half of the oil. Take a bag of the seasoning in the pot and fry them for
      3-5 minutes, then it can be served.
  3. Aquatic products such as snails, crabs and mussels can also be cooked by the above cooking method.
