Q1. Are you a factory or a trading company?

We are a leading professional manufacturer who specializes in producing all kinds of tissue products, such as toilet roll paper, tissue paper, facial tissues, pocket tissue, hand towels, and napkin paper, both in jumbo roll and finished products.

Q2. How should I process the order?

Please provide us the specification such as paper napkin's dimension, quantity, material, package, etc., if customized design, provide us the design artwork as well. According to your request, we will quote in detail.

Q3.Can I get samples?

We can provide you free sample for our existing products; the lead time is around 2-5 days. You need to pay for the sample delivery cost.

If you need the samples according to your design, the sample cost has to be charged from you. The lead time is around 5-10 days.

Q4. Is it possible to custom the packing with my own design?

Yes, you can send us your artworks, and then you can get what you want.

Q5. What's the production lead time?

If what you need is the products with our own design, the lead time is 18-20 working days. If you have urgent request, please just let us know. We will try our best to shorten the lead time to meet your requirements.

Q6. How can I release the payment to you?

30% deposit in advance and 70% balance before shipment by bank transfer. Or negotiable. 

Q7. May I visit your factory and also production line, discuss details?

Anytime from Monday to Friday is welcomed to visit the factory.
