Main features:
1. Furnace chamber material adopt mullite ceramic fiber materials, no powder pull off under high temperature, small heat capacity, and energy saving more than 50%.
2. Dual layer housing for lower temperature in external environment
3. Microcomputer PID control module enables precise temperature control and constant temperature requirement.
4. Temperature control with 2groups/16 segments programmable and available to set temperature curve.
5. Built in over temperature alarm and protection allows for operation without attendant.

Options:
1. Optional large screen paperless recorder, to achieve real-time temperature curve recorded with a memory card of experimental data analysis and printing.
2. Optional installation of air intake, can feed into air and inert gas. Also install an exhaust chimney connecting stainless steel bellows, so that the furnace high temperature volatile toxic gas emissions to a specified location.
3. Optional multi heating zones, to improve the chamber temperature uniformity.
