Fingerless Single Facer Machine For Corrugation Paper Making 



Paper feeding: fingerless vacuum suction, with high pressure powerful draught fan. With silencer, air supply and electric control focus on the same operation counters, not less than 1.5m away from the main engine, operation side is totally closed and full guarding.

Engine base and wall plate: iron casting structure, thickness of the wall plate: 200mm, adopt independent speed changing box, and gimbal transmission.

Diameter of main corrugated roll: ¢320mm, and are made of 48CrMo alloy steel, after hardening and tempering, inner holes fine boring, NC grinding, mid frequency quenching, surface grinding, the rigidity of surface is higher than HRC58. Corrugated roll and pressure roll of pivotal section adopt heat resisting bearings which are manufactured by TWB
Pressure roll diameter: ¢320mm, surface are grinding and plate chrome, cylinder control up-down, raw material is 45# medium carbon steel, hardening and tempering

Glue wall plates adopt sliding structure, pneumatic control glue supply and glue back, diameter of the applicator glue roll : ¢242mm, surface are treated by polished and chrome plated.
Press roll adopt ¢160 cylinder

Pre-heater roll adopt seamless steel pipe which is produced by Tianjin Iron & steel group co,.ltd. Diameter ¢320mm, are all connected with metal soft pipe.

 After the machine is finished and running well, it will be coated with anti-rust oil, which makes the machine not easy to rust in the container, and winding film to prevent moisture. Each unit of the machine will be fixed in the container to ensure a stable and safe arrival at the destination.

We usually accept the T/T payment, we need 30% of total amount as deposit, 
pay the 70% balance before delivery, but we can also accept the L/C.

capital city Beijing and port Tianjin. You can fly to Beijing airport directly and we 
will pick you up there.
