Description

TZRS-DR150(2X)Replace Raychem dr25 heat shrink tubing is a high performance, rugged heat shrinkable tubing designed for harsh operating conditions. T h e tubing is made from flexible elastomeric polyester and has a continuous operating temperature range of -55°C (-70°F) to 150°C (302°F). TZRS-DR 150(2X)-A is resistant to a wide range of solvents and chemicals including aviation fuel, diesel fuel, lubricating oils and hydraulic fluid. Volsun TZRS-DR 150(2X)-A tubing is specifically designed to pass the SC-X15111C military specification but also meets the functional requirements of MIL-DTL-2 3 0 5 3 / 1 6

Typical Applications

TZRS-DR150 (2X)-A tubing is primarily designed for wire harnessing applications on military ground vehicles. It was primarily developed for the M-1 tank program, but is well suited for any application where conditions call for a high performance heat shrink tubing, particularly where the tubing will be exposed to petroleum based fluids. TZRS-DR150 (2X)-A tubing is also an excellent choice for heavy duty equipment and off -road vehicles.
