Brief Description
DFHD Series Hydraulic Directional Drilling Rig is special equipment, mainly used for the civic construction.
The DFHD-20 is a full hydraulic Horizontal Directional Drilling Rig self-propelled with rubber crawler belts, integrated with power station and main power. It is convenient for moving and powerful of flexibility. Equipped with Cummins diesel engine, the rig is powerful with stable property. Adopting double-motor driven to the power head, the rotation will be steady with large torque. The power head equips with self-float shackle device to reduce the wearing of screw thread of the drilling rod, and then the operation will be easy and stable. All hydraulic hoses are covered into the protecting jacket to increase the service life. Convenient angle-adjusting cylinder, flexible adjusting of incidence drilling angle, adopting motor-chain machanism to the feeding pull-back, the same thrust power and pulling capacity, effect the direction controlling at a long distance easily. Double-holder makes the rod loading and unloading efficient. The DFHD-20 rig is with the advantages of full hydraulic driven, centralization control, easy and nimble to operate.


1> With low emission diesel engine, it is suitable for performance in city; direct fuel injection requires not preheat in winter.
 2> The chassis and mast are high in rigidity and intensity, they are durable and reliable.
 3>Equipped with hydraulic outriggers, the rig could be adjusted to balance and stability with convenience and easiness.
4> The mud pump is driven hydraulically with four-speed mechanical gear shift/stepless speed change. With controllable wide flow range, the displacement could be adjusted flexibly according to different geological conditions and performance techniques.
 5>Equipped individually of mud processing unit, adopting injection and recirculation storage procession method, the efficiency will be increased and the intensity of labor will be decreased.
 6>With the rod, 60mm in diameter and 3000mm in length, the drilling tools are complete in matching accessories and could be produced in accordance with the requirement of clients unusually.
