  1. non-pressure lead edge feeder with suction system, reduce feed resistance, sheet feeding more successful, free damage.  Air volume is adjustable depend on sheet straight.

  4. Double feed rollers wrapped with rubber, with groove prevent overpressure, reduce pressed sheet
  5. Left-right baffle adjusted by computer with automatic flap, back baffle adjusted by motorized, front baffle manual synchronous adjust.
  6. Dust clearance bush and fan to clean dust on board. Air outlet can be adjusted as per sheet size
  7. Machine units move by motorized and move with alarm belling to make sure safety.
  8. Electric automatic counter can set product amount, and alarm finished amount.

  1.  Fast change printing plate, with footstep to control cylinder rotate clockwise or anticlockwise
  2. Feed roller, impression cylinder, rubber roller, anilox roller gap adjust by self-lock double stage worm box with handle strucutre, printing register adjustment and feed intermittent adjustment accurate and fast.
  3. Printing phase adjustment by PLC with touch screen control and electric button adjust in 360degree (stop and running)
