1.-Industrial Frying Machine Conveyorised Fryers Batch Fryer

Conveyorised batch fryer machine adopts the electric or NPG gas heating system, which is safe
and hygienic. The heating pipes are installed into the heat conducting oil, do not contact with
food directly nor need to be cleaned.

The cooking oil absorbs the energy of the conducting oil to raise its temperature, so as to avoid
the high speed heating and causes the rapid aging.

The batch fryer is equipped with a scraping system, which can continuously transfer the oil
residues produced in the frying process from the bottom of the oil tank.

The anti floating wire mesh belt is equipped on the top of the master mesh wire belt to prevent
the product from floating in the frying machine and ensure the frying effect.


Features&Advantages:

Equipped with PLC control panel, all operations of ignition,oil temperature, conveyor wire mesh belt, speed adjusting, etc.,are convenient to be operated.

The oil tank cover can be lifted to left the frying tank then it is convenient for cleaning the internal body of the machine.

Lower cost, fry food with a smaller amount of frying oil, very economical.

The oxidation process of edible oil was reduced and the service life of the oil was prolonged by more than 1.5 times.
