HSS developed for bar and wire slitting stand, its hardness is HSD75-78, it has good wear resistance, uniform wear, good impact toughness, good heat resistance fatigue performance, there will be no falling block or collapse groove phenomenon, easy to process, and in the rolling process can be well controlled cutting type, reduce the occurrence of line difference, the amount of steel passing through a single set of grooves is 3-5 times that of cast iron rolls and more than 2 times that of high boron rolls. The grooves can be changed after 2-3 continuous shifts, which effectively improves the continuous operation time of the rolling mill.
