Product description:Kojic acid, also known as kojic acid and oxalic acid, is an organic acid with antibacterial effect produced by aerobic fermentation of glucose by Candida Aspergillus at 30~32ºC. Its molecular structure is γ-pyrone with substituents. Among the γ-pyrone compounds that exist in nature, the only well-known compounds are kojic acid and maltol.
