Applications:
Water works, Shipbuilding industry, Petrochemical & Gas industry, Power industry, Valve industry,and general pipes connecting projects etc.
1. Face: Can be raised face(RF), full face(FF), Ring joint(RTJ) , Groove, Tongue, or customized.
2.Bevel end as per ANSI B16.25
3.CNC fine finished.
Face finish: The finish on the face of flange is measured as an Arithmetical Average Roughness Height(AARH). The finish is determined by the standard used. For example, ANSI B16.5 specifies face finishes within a range 125AARH-500AARH(3.2Ra to 12.5Ra). Other finishes are available on requst, for example 1.6 Ra max,1.6/3.2 Ra, 3.2/6.3Ra or 6.3/12.5Ra. The range 3.2/6.3Ra is most common.
| Weld neck flange | ||||
| Weld neck flange are most widely used flanged in process piping. It gives the highest level of joint integrity due to Butt-welded with a pipe. These types of flanges are used in high pressure and temperature application. Weld neck flanges are Bulky & costly with respect to other types of flange. | ||||

| Threaded Flanges are also known as screwed flange, and it is having a thread inside the flange bore which fits on the pipe with matching male thread on the pipe. This type of joint connection is Speedy and simple but not suitable for high presser and temperature applications. Threaded Flanges are mostly used in utility services such as air and water. | ||||
| Blind Flanges | ||||
| The blind flange is a blank disc with bolt hole. These types of flanges are used with another type of flange to isolate the piping system or to terminate the piping as an end. Blind flanges are also used as a manhole cover in the vessel. | ||||

| HOW DO WE MAKE THE QUALITY CONTROL | |
| For Raw Materials | 1. Material control from raw materials. For raw material checking, we check 100% by chemical liquid. Any property mistakes would be rejected. 2. Sand hole inspection after raw materials are machining before polishing. 3. Carbon component report can be provided if needed 4. Mechanics test report can be provided if needed |
| For New products | 5. 2nos of new samples to be checked against technical drawing. Testing report is provided to customers before bulk production. |
For finished materials | 6. For valves, pressure testing and temperature testing is required for each valve. 7. After we get the finished products, we check for surface roughness, thickness equality, roundness, size measurement and sand holes again. 8. For all finished products, the checking quantity is not less than 10% of total quantity. 9. Before shipment, we check for the quantity of each product in order to find out any missing quantity or wrong product. |

Q2. Do you have certificate for the materials?
is very important for the food processing machines.

Yes,our company is very pleased to send to you free sample for quality test as long as freight cost being paid by buyers themselves.
Q4. What's the payment terms?
For small testing orders,we accept Paypal,Western Union,T/T and credit Card.
For mass orders,we accept T/T and L/C.
Q5.How do you control the quality?
Quality control is very important to avoid material mixing and poor quality.We control the quality from beginning to the end.We only have 304 and 316L two different materials.100% inspection on raw material.During production,different materials in different place.After materials are finished,we choose 10% for inspection.If there is 0.1% problem in 10%,then no excuse to go ahead for inspecting 100% of the materials.
Q6.If there is any quality problem,how do you solve it?
We are proud that we never let one customer leave us.We are not 100% perfect,there is some quality problem.We try our best to provide the correct materials in the beginning,so we need less time for quality problem.If there is any quality problem,we take the responsibility.We believe what we are doing together,it will get back tomorrow.If we leave our responsibility,customer will leave us.If we always take our responsibility,we keep our customers with us.
Q7.How long is your delivery time?
For normal production in 7-10days.For bulk order in 15-25days.
Q8.Warranty
One year warranty for all of our stainless steel products.Gaskets are not included due to the different application for customers.
