Product Feature
1.Gantry frame structure cast iron. The basic parts of the machine utilize gantry frame structure with high quality and high rigidity cast iron. The whole machine has good rigidity, shock resistance and precision retaining ability.
2.Fixed beam and perpendicular structure. Beam and linear guide rail are perpendicular. Integrated gantry frame has good rigidity.
3. Heavy-duty rolling linear guide and six faces hard rail structure. X and Y axes utilize heavy-duty linear rolling guide rail with features of large loading capacity and high precision. Z axis is made of hard rail structure with six faces, which ensures the rigidity in Z-direction feed and the retaining ability of high precision feed.
4.High-speed Taiwan spindle. High-speed spindle unit is famous brand from Taiwan, maximum spindle speed is 6000rpm, which is suitable for heavy-duty cutting at low-speed.
5.Wide usage. It's perfect for automobile, shipbuilding, printing, packaging, textile, mold and other mechanical processing fields, which automatically performs complex processes machining for the milling, drilling, boring, tapping and others.
6.Z-axis with oil cylinders balance system. Oil cylinders balance  system are arranged symmetrically on both sides of the ram. Z-axis responds fast.
