Description of Praiseworthy Filming Grade Calcium Carbonate Filler Masterbatch
Polyolefin filling masterbatch is a kind of white micron grade calcium carbonate masterbatch with pure raw materials of PE, PP or styrene resin as carrier. The mesh number of calcium carbonate is determined by the user's use effect. It has good physical properties, dispersibility and stability, and does not affect the precision of processing machine screw. This kind of masterbatch can be widely used in PE, PP, PS, ABS and other plastic products, such as: PE plastic bags, injection molding, extrusion and other products, especially environmentally friendly plastic products that can be incinerated, so as to achieve the purpose of reducing costs.
The composition of CaCo3 filler masterbatch: Calcium Carbonate + Synthetic Resin (Virgin or RecycledPE/LDPE/LLDPE/PP/PVC/EVA/PA/PS/PET/PBT/ABS) + Dispersant (PE Wax ) + Various additives (coupling agents).
