The composition of CaCo3 filler masterbatch: Calcium Carbonate + Synthetic Resin (Virgin or RecycledPE/LDPE/LLDPE/PP/PVC/EVA/PA/PS/PET/PBT/ABS) + Dispersant (PE Wax ) + Various additives (coupling agents).
Highly automated workshops, non-manual raw materials transmission, mechanizied & accurate production process operation, automated product packaging way, in order to provide every masterbatch pellet with the most solid quality.

Advantage of Pp Pe Filler Compound White CaCo3 Masterbatch
1. The cost is greatly reduced. According to the calculation of 10% - 20% addition ratio, the cost of products is reduced by 1000-2000 yuan per ton compared with the original cost.
2. Strengthen the rigidity of products and increase the weight of products.
3. Improve thermal conductivity, shorten molding time, reduce product shrinkage and deformation caused by shrinkage.
